2023 PRYC Club Member of the Year Ray Richardson (left) congratulated on winning the coverted embroidered jacket by Commodore Rex Scott. Ray was thanked for his  contributions as Membership Officer, Sailing Program Coordinator,  hosted event volunteer and ongoing work with the high school radio sailing program.
